ETHK Labs Inc. (華檢醫療控股有限公司), the Cayman-incorporated healthcare group listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX: 01931), has released its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report.

The English and Chinese versions of the Annual Report 2025 are accessible on the company’s website (https://www.ethk.com) and on HKEX’s news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). The 2025 ESG Report is available exclusively in electronic form on the same platforms.

In line with HKEX’s electronic dissemination framework, ETHK Labs encourages non-registered shareholders—those whose shares are held through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to view corporate communications online. Shareholders may receive email or postal notifications of new releases if their intermediaries have provided valid contact details to the company.

Non-registered shareholders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or online access can request printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications at no charge. To do so, they should complete and sign the enclosed Request Form and return it to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or by emailing 1931-ecom@vistra.com.
