东鹏饮料（集团）股份有限公司（09980）8月11日公告称，公司拟于2026年8月31日（星期一）召开临时股东会。为确定H股持有人出席并投票资格，公司将于2026年8月26日（星期三）至2026年8月31日（星期一）（包括首尾两日）暂停办理H股股份过户登记。
临时股东会的股东资格记录日期为2026年8月31日（星期一）。欲符合资格的H股股东须在2026年8月25日（星期二）16时30分前，将已填妥的股份过户表格及相关股票送达公司H股证券登记处——香港中央证券登记有限公司（地址：香港湾仔皇后大道东183号合和中心17楼1712–1716号铺）办理登记。凡于2026年8月31日名列公司股东名册的股东，均有权出席临时股东会并在会上投票。
公司表示，载有会议决议案详情的通函、会议通知及表决代理委托书将适时寄发给股东。
