10月7日，KFM金德控股有限公司（03816.HK）公告称，公司董事会已委任华富建业企业融资有限公司为独立财务顾问，就香港立讯与公司于2026年9月30日签订的立讯认购协议及相关交易，以及日后可能提出的要约事宜，向独立董事委员会及相关股东提供专业意见。

根据公告，上述委任已获得独立董事委员会根据香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》第14A章及《公司收购、合并及股份回购守则》规则2.1的批准。独立董事委员会的推荐意见及独立财务顾问的意见，将分别载入拟寄发予股东的通函及日后寄发的综合文件。

公告特别提示，认购事项需待若干先决条件达成或获豁免后方可作实，存在不确定性；要约亦须待买卖协议完成后方可作出，而该买卖协议的完成同样取决于多项条件，包括立讯认购协议的完成，因此要约未必一定进行。
