DYNASTY WINES (00828) announced that Mr. Huang Manyou has resigned as an executive director and will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative or a member of the remuneration committee. Ms. Zhao Haijing has been appointed as an executive director of the company and a member of the remuneration committee. Mr. He Chongfu, the company's General Manager and Executive Director, has been appointed as the authorized representative. These changes will take effect from February 3, 2026.
