SICHUAN EXPRESS (ASX: 00107) has announced the appointment of Li & Partners as its legal process agent, effective July 1, 2026. The agent will act as the company's authorized representative in Hong Kong to accept legal documents and notices, in accordance with the requirements of Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622).
