公司公告显示，此次回购在2025年5月29日通过的购回授权范围内进行，授权可回购股份总数为49,167,523股。截至目前，公司已合计回购2,747,600股，占购回授权获批时已发行股数的约0.5588%。本次股份回购执行后，公司已发行股本仍为494,429,564股，库藏股数为0。
公司同时确认，此次回购遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法规，公告由执行董事黄一孟签署。
