Infinities Technology International (Cayman) Holding Limited announced a further postponement in releasing its audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025. The company has yet to settle its 2024 audit fee and has not reached agreement with the auditor on the 2025 audit fee, preventing the commencement of its FY2025 audit. Management now targets publication of the 2025 annual results around June 2026.

Under Listing Rule 13.49(3), companies that miss the statutory reporting deadline must disclose unaudited figures. The board considers such disclosure inappropriate at this stage, citing concerns that unaudited management accounts may not accurately represent the group’s financial performance or position.

Trading in Infinities Technology shares has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2026 and will remain halted pending further updates. The board states it is working to resolve the outstanding audit fee and will issue additional announcements on result publication and resumption progress. Investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
