3月24日， 在上海举行的2026玄铁RISC-V生态大会上，阿里巴巴达摩院发布新一代旗舰CPU产品玄铁C950。
其采用开源RISC-V架构，单核通用性能在SPECint2006基准测试中突破70分，刷新全球RISC-V CPU性能纪录，适用于云计算、生成式AI、高端机器人、边缘计算等领域，性能达到业界领先水平。
此外，玄铁C950利用RISC-V开源开放特性，搭载自研AI加速引擎，首次原生支持Qwen3、DeepSeek V3等千亿参数大模型，有望成为AI Agent时代的新型高端CPU。
不同于传统的闭源架构，RISC-V开源开放、灵活可定制，被广泛认为是“为AI而生”的新兴架构，或将改变芯片产业现有格局。阿里巴巴达摩院是RISC-V全球领军企业之一，已发布10余款玄铁CPU，落地近千款终端产品，覆盖服务器、机器人、新能源汽车、AI智能终端、存储控制器等应用领域。
