SICC schedules online briefing for FY2025 and Q1-2026 results on 19 May 2026

The Board of Directors of SICC announced that an online investors’ briefing covering the company’s FY2025 performance and Q1 2026 results will be held on Tuesday, 19 May 2026, from 16:00 to 17:00 (Beijing time). The session will be hosted on the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s SSE Roadshow Center website.

SICC released its FY2025 annual report on 28 March 2026 and its Q1 2026 report on 29 April 2026. The upcoming briefing aims to provide investors with deeper insight into operating results, financial indicators, innovation highlights, and future development plans.

Key management scheduled to attend include Chairman and General Manager Zong Yanmin, Board Secretary Zhong Wenqing, Chief Financial Officer You Ying, and Independent Director Li Honghui.

Investors may participate in two ways: 1. Join the live webcast via the SSE Roadshow Center during the event window. 2. Submit questions in advance through the “Q&A Pre-submission” column on the Roadshow Center from 12 May 2026 until 16:00 on 18 May 2026, or by emailing dmo@sicc.cc. Questions of general interest will be addressed during the briefing.
