Everbright Grand China Assets Limited (EB Grand China) announced that its Interim Report 2026 is now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.ebgca.com.hk) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Dated 24 September 2026, the notification underscores the board’s preference for shareholders to review the report digitally, citing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Registered shareholders who have previously opted for printed materials will receive hard copies enclosed with the notice.

Shareholders encountering difficulties with email notifications or online access can request hard-copy reports at no charge by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage, and requests can alternatively be submitted via email to is-ecom@vistra.com.

The company reiterates that maintaining a valid email address is the shareholder’s responsibility. Without a functional address on record, notices of publication and actionable corporate communications will default to postal delivery until an updated email is supplied.

For enquiries, shareholders may contact Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

The notification was signed by Chairman Liu Jia on behalf of the board of EB Grand China.
