海尔智家(06690)于2026年5月18日公告披露，公司在上海证券交易所进行股份回购，用于股权激励计划。本次回购数量为600,000股，占该次回购前公司已发行股本约0.00977%，涉及A股每股面值人民币1元普通股。
本次回购价格在人民币20.90元至21.00元之间，总金额为12,570,000元人民币，折合约1,257.00万元人民币。回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）由6,141,109,025股变更为6,140,509,025股，同时库藏股数量由111,919,386股增至112,519,386股，总股本则仍为6,253,028,411股。
公司在公告中确认，已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则和相关法律的要求，回购股份事宜亦获得公司董事会正式授权批准。公告由公司秘书伍志贤签署。
