根据颖通控股有限公司（股票代码：06883，主板上市公司）最新发布的公告，公司已建议向董事会授予一般性授权，可按联交所证券上市规则及公司章程规定，于授权有效期内回购不超过公司已发行股份总数（不包括库存股份）的10%。据公告披露，颖通控股当前已发行股份总数约为13.58亿股，若本次授权获股东批准，最高可回购约1.358亿股。
