Ulta美容Q1业绩超市场预期，并上调全年业绩指引

6月3日，Ulta美容盘后一度涨超8%，现涨幅收窄至1%！该公司公布的第一季度业绩超出华尔街预期，调整后每股收益为7.74美元，比分析师普遍预期的6.87美元高出0.87美元。营收达到31.6亿美元，高于此前预期的31.1亿美元，较去年同期的28.5亿美元增长11.1%。

本季度同店销售额增长5.3%，主要得益于平均客单价增长3.7%和交易量增长1.6%。公司将强劲的业绩归功于所有渠道和主要品类的全面增长，以及对Space NK的收购。毛利率从去年同期的39.1%提升至40.1%，主要得益于库存损耗降低和商品毛利率提高。 

“2026财年开局强劲，所有渠道和主要品类均实现全面增长，”总裁兼首席执行官凯西亚·斯蒂尔曼表示。“我们的业绩证明了我们模式的优势、我们优秀员工的专注执行力，以及在不确定的宏观经济环境下我们战略的有效性。”

Ulta Beauty将2026财年全年调整后每股收益预期从之前的28.05美元至28.55美元上调至28.36美元至28.80美元。预期中值为28.58美元，与分析师的普遍预期一致。公司维持净销售额增长预期为6%至7%，同店销售额增长预期为2.5%至3.5%，同时将营业收入增长预期从6%至9%小幅上调至6.5%至9%。

本季度，Ulta Beauty通过股票回购向股东返还了5.55亿美元，共回购了958,323股股票。该公司于2024年10月宣布了一项30亿美元的股票回购计划，目前该计划还剩下13亿美元。
