To enrich villagers' cultural lives, foster neighborly interaction, and cultivate a healthy and harmonious community atmosphere, a table tennis competition was held on the morning of January 8th. The event was organized by the Nanyang Town New Era Civilization Practice Center and the Touzao Village New Era Civilization Practice Station in Tinghu District, Yancheng City. The competition site was filled with a tense yet lively atmosphere, accompanied by continuous laughter and cheers.

At 9:30 AM, the event officially commenced. Staff from the practice station had meticulously prepared the venue in advance, ensuring all competition equipment and drinking water were readily available. The tournament adopted a single-elimination format. Although the participants were not professional athletes, each was full of vigor, executing their swings, returns, and smashes with notable skill, fully showcasing the villagers' excellent spirit and high enthusiasm for sports.

"Thank you to the practice station for organizing such an event, allowing us to exercise and get to know more neighbors!" Grandpa Zhang happily remarked right after his match. The person in charge of the Touzao Village New Era Civilization Practice Station stated that the purpose of this table tennis competition was to bridge the distance between neighbors through sports and promote a healthy lifestyle.
