CEC INT'L HOLD (00759) has announced the passing of its Independent Non-Executive Director, Mr. Ge Genxiang. Mr. Ge, who also served as Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee and as a member of both the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee, passed away due to illness on May 17, 2026.
