2026年8月21日，远洋集团控股有限公司(03377)发布公告称，根据董事局对集团截至2026年6月30日止期间的最近期未经审计综合管理账目之初步审阅，预计该期间将录得本公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币60.00亿元至人民币80.00亿元。
对比截至2025年6月30日止期间，集团因一次性债务重组收益录得本公司拥有人应占溢利约人民币102.02亿元。
公司指出，本期间预期亏损主要归因于中国整体房地产市场持续调整，导致营业额和毛利率承压，以及对物业项目进一步计提减值拨备。
远洋集团表示，相关未经审计综合管理账目仍在落实中，最终数据或在进一步审阅后作出调整，公司预计将于2026年8月底前公布该期间的中期业绩。
