上海复旦2026年第一季度营业收入约10.32亿元，同比上升16.23%。扣除非经常性损益后净利润约1.44亿元，同比增长8.31%。经营活动产生的现金流量净额为2.50亿元，较去年同期由负转正，主要源于销售回款增加及采购支出减少。报告期研发投入约3.16亿元，占营收比重达30.65%，较去年同期提高0.56个百分点。
业务分项
安全与识别芯片营收约2.36亿元，同比增长16.34%；非挥发性存储器营收约2.93亿元，同比增长23.39%；智能电表芯片营收约1.23亿元，同比增长19.61%；FPGA及其他产品营收约3.47亿元，同比增长10.67%；测试服务业务收入（合并抵消后）约0.33亿元，同比增长5.73%。各产品收入的增长主要受行业景气度回升及下游需求拉动，其中FPGA产品线得益于制版及新产品投入，非挥发性存储器因价格上扬带动整体收入提升。
成本结构方面，报告期内毛利额增加约0.54亿元，销售费用略有下降，管理费用有所上升，研发费用较去年同期增加约0.63亿元，主要由FPGA产品线制版及无形资产摊销费用提升所致。
