中国光大银行股份有限公司（06818）8月11日晚间公告称，执行董事、副行长杨兵兵因工作调整，于2026年8月11日向董事会提交辞呈，辞去执行董事、董事会社会责任、普惠金融发展和消费者权益保护委员会委员及副行长职务，辞任自同日生效。
公告显示，杨兵兵确认其与董事会无不同意见，亦无任何需要通知股东的其他事项，其离任不会导致董事会成员低于法定人数，相关工作交接已按公司规定完成。
截至公告日，公司董事会成员包括：执行董事郝成、齐曄；非执行董事吴利军、崔勇、赵晶晶、姚威、张铭文、李巍；独立非执行董事李引泉、刘世平、黄振中、刘俏、胡湘、李颖琦。
