Hong Kong, 19 March 2026—The Sincere Company, Limited (stock code: 0244) announced a profit warning, indicating that the Group expects to post a net loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HK$63.00 million–HK$65.00 million for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (FY2025). This compares with a net loss of HK$40.10 million recorded in FY2024, implying an anticipated year-on-year deterioration of about HK$22.90 million–HK$24.90 million.

The company attributed the wider loss primarily to the absence of a one-off HK$30.60 million gain from a property disposal completed in July 2024. Key operating metrics from the unaudited consolidated management accounts are as follows:

• Revenue rose 2.21 % to approximately HK$134.20 million (FY2024: HK$131.30 million). • Gross profit declined 8.09 % to roughly HK$63.60 million (FY2024: HK$69.20 million), reflecting softer margins despite higher sales. • General and administrative expenses fell by HK$7.30 million to HK$42.70 million, while finance costs dropped by HK$7.10 million to HK$16.00 million, partially offsetting the loss of the disposal gain.

Audited results for FY2025 are expected on or before 27 March 2026. The board advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
