Bulletin Express
Apr 24

On 24 April 2026, Aowei Holding Limited issued a reminder to non-registered shareholders confirming that all future corporate communications will be disseminated electronically.

The company will provide both English and Chinese versions of directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms through its website (www.aoweiholding.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be sent automatically.

Shareholders whose shares are held through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited are requested to supply an email address to these intermediaries to ensure receipt of electronic notifications.

Investors preferring hard copies may complete the Reply Form and return it to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or email aowei.ecom@computershare.com with their name, address and request.

Questions relating to the new arrangement can be directed to the company on +86 10 8567 0208 during business hours (09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday, Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays).

The electronic delivery initiative, first announced on 5 February 2024, remains valid unless modified or revoked and is designed to streamline communication and reduce printing costs.
