Frasers Hospitality Trust (ACV) said the trust scheme to privatise the stapled securities by Frasers Property Hospitality Trust Holdings Pte. Ltd. became effective on Sep, 23 2025, after the Monetary Authority of Singapore was notified of the Singapore High Court’s sanction order.

The offeror will acquire all stapled securities not already owned by TCC Group Investments Limited and Frasers Property Limited or its subsidiaries.

Stapled securityholders are scheduled to receive the scheme consideration on or around Sep, 30 2025, while the trust is expected to be delisted from the Singapore Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on Oct, 6 2025.
