Great Wall Motor Proposes Re-appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as Auditor with Fee Capped at RMB4.50 Million

Great Wall Motor Company Limited (GWMOTOR; “Great Wall Motor”) has issued a supplemental announcement to its 4 June 2026 AGM circular, detailing plans to re-appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP as external auditor.

The proposal, to be tabled at the 2025 AGM, covers: 1. Mandate period – From approval at the 2025 AGM until the conclusion of the 2026 AGM. 2. Scope – Audit and review of the 2026 financial statements and audit of internal control. 3. Fee – Remuneration not exceeding RMB4.50 million, determined after arm’s-length negotiation, reflecting the company’s scale, operational complexity, audit scope and timetable.

The quoted fee assumes no material changes in business operations, accounting policies or regulatory environment and that management will provide timely assistance. Should these assumptions change materially, Great Wall Motor will make further disclosures.

All other information in the original AGM circular remains unchanged. The supplemental announcement was released on 8 June 2026 and is available on the websites of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Shanghai Stock Exchange and Great Wall Motor.
