2026年7月15日，擎华控股集团有限公司（股票代码：08082）发布公告称，叶奇志已递交辞呈，自2026年7月15日起辞任公司秘书及财务总监，并同时不再担任根据香港联合交易所有限公司GEM《证券上市规则》第5.24条所规定的授权代表。叶奇志确认与董事会并无分歧，且其辞任事宜无其他需要提请股东或联交所注意的事项。
同日起，公司委聘施韦箂有限公司提供公司秘书服务支持，并由该公司提名邱颖彤出任公司秘书、香港法律程序文件代理人以及授权代表。
公告显示，邱颖彤毕业于多伦多大学（罗特曼商学院），获商学士学位，主修公共会计并副修经济学。目前，邱颖彤为施韦箂有限公司高级顾问，负责企业咨询、会计及行政事务，并拥有超过八年的审计、会计、企业管治、合规及公司秘书工作经验。她为香港会计师公会会员，同时符合GEM《证券上市规则》第5.14条所订学术及专业资格要求。
董事会对叶奇志的贡献表示感谢，并对邱颖彤的到任表示欢迎。
