8月27日夜盘，携程集团（TCOM）股价大涨5.05%，主要受到公司发布的2025年第二季度财报超预期以及宣布大规模回购计划的利好刺激。
财报显示，携程集团第二季度净营收为148亿元人民币，同比增长16%，高于市场预期的146.5亿元；净利润为48.46亿元，同比增长26.43%。其中，住宿预订和交通票务业务表现强劲，分别同比增长21%和11%。此外，公司国际业务增长迅速，国际OTA平台总预订同比增长超过60%，入境旅游预订同比增长超过100%。
同时，携程集团宣布了一项新的股份回购计划，获授权回购总值不超过50亿美元的已发行普通股及/或美国存托凭证。公司董事会执行主席梁建章表示，公司看好行业长期发展前景，将持续投入创新研发、合作伙伴关系发展及入境旅游扩张等战略性投资。这一系列利好消息推动了投资者信心，带动股价大幅上涨。
