安迪·迪克森（Andy Dickerson）获任副总裁助理，此前担任AmTrust Financial Services, Inc.区域高级销售总监，在业务拓展及多元化商业险种领域具备丰富经验。克里斯·沃德（Kris Ward）同样出任副总裁助理职务，其曾任Tower Broking Group总裁，专精于家庭娱乐中心、探险乐园及水上乐园的定制化保险方案。
乔·纽洛夫（Joe Newlove）与布莱斯·里斯（Bryce Reese）双双加盟担任业务拓展专员。纽洛夫将重点对接游艺娱乐行业客户，里斯则凭借商业地产险领域的专业背景开拓新业务版图。
McGowan Allied Specialty Insurance系McGowan Companies旗下机构。值得注意的是，该公司近日被曝正从K2 Insurance Services收购Aegis Pro Risk业务组合。该业务组合于2020年末启动，可提供500万美元主承保及超赔承保能力。
