2026年8月17日，巨星医疗控股有限公司（02393）发布盈利警告称，根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审核管理账目及管理层初步评估，公司预计2026年中期期间将录得不少于人民币0.45百万元的未经审核综合亏损净额。
这一表现与2025年同期形成鲜明对比。公告显示，公司在截至2025年6月30日止六个月曾录得未经审核综合纯利约人民币11.1百万元。
公司指出，业绩由盈转亏的主要原因是中国实施国家及省级药品集中采购计划，鼓励经销商及服务供应商以较低成本直接向国家医疗保障局大批采购相关医疗产品，从而对定价造成下行压力，导致医疗产品分部收益减少。
巨星医疗控股表示，2026年中期未经审核综合业绩仍在编制过程中，最终数据将载于定于2026年8月28日公布的中期业绩公告中。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
