Yesterday, the "Youth, Come to Jing'an! 2025 Shanghai Jing'an District Promotion and Graduate Job Fair" Shanghai session opened at Fudan University's Guanghua Building. The Jing'an District Committee and government brought over 50 leading enterprises from the district, offering more than 1,200 quality positions for face-to-face meetings with students, extending sincere invitations to young talents.
The participating companies at this job fair covered the district's "3+3" key industries, including commercial service companies represented by L'Oréal Group and Richemont Group, financial service firms represented by Guotai Junan Securities and Shenwan Hongyuan Securities, professional service companies represented by PwC and KPMG, and data intelligence enterprises represented by Marketing Force and Shanghai Pujiang Digital Chain Technology Co., Ltd. The event also featured cultural and creative industry companies represented by Tencent Sports and EA China, as well as life and health industry firms represented by Philips and Huizhi.
Traditional advantageous industries and emerging cutting-edge sectors gathered together, with multiple corporate groups conducting professional roadshows that sparked enthusiastic discussions and active participation. On the day of the event, over 4,000 job application resumes were received, with an initial employment intention rate of approximately 45%.

During the event, Fudan University alumni shared their career development and Jing'an stories, passing on authentic and vivid experiences to their junior schoolmates. Many leading industry HR professionals engaged in face-to-face communication with fresh graduates, providing one-stop recruitment consultation, resume submission, and interview express services, attracting over 2,000 students from more than 20 Shanghai universities including Fudan, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Tongji University, as well as renowned overseas institutions.
Young students flocked to take photos at the youth district exhibition booths and received exquisite gifts containing Jing'an elements such as transparent cards, crossbody bags, and notebooks. The Jing'an District Talent Work Bureau and Civil Service Bureau set up booths for selection and recruitment consultation and talent policy consultation, even bringing the Jing'an District Party Building Service Center to the job fair venue, striving to provide students with "one step ahead, authentic" informational resources.
This event was hosted by the Jing'an District Committee and government, with collaborative participation from Shanghai universities and key enterprises and institutions in Jing'an. Subsequently, the Shanghai Jing'an District Promotion and Graduate Job Fair will also visit Tsinghua University and Zhejiang University.
