这位由克林顿任命的法官当庭训诫司法部长帕姆·邦迪、国土安全部长克里斯蒂·诺姆及移民海关执法局官员，指出他们在法院明令禁止的情况下仍执意转移阿吉拉尔·梅希亚的行为严重违规。"此类违规行为不可接受"，法官在裁决文书中特别将最后两个词语加粗以示警示。
