Time Interconnect schedules 28 Aug 2026 board meeting to review H1 2026 results and potential interim dividend

Time Interconnect Technology Limited will convene its board of directors on 28 August 2026 to examine and approve the Group’s unaudited financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes deliberation on an interim dividend proposal, if any.
The notice, released on 17 August 2026, confirms that the meeting will involve the full board, comprising four executive directors, one non-executive director, and five independent non-executive directors.
Should the board endorse the interim results and dividend, the company plans to publish the figures shortly after the meeting.
