据悉，周黑鸭利润增长主要归因于公司优化门店结构，聚焦提升门店经营质量，有效提升了平均单店销售。此外，原材料成本下行推动毛利率上升，加之精益管理优化销售费用率，综合提升了集团整体盈利能力。光大证券分析指出，公司自2024年以来主动调整门店结构，关闭低效门店，单店表现逐步企稳。进入2025年，公司继续推进部分门店的优化调整，同店收入同比恢复增长，改革成效逐步显现。
