Jiu Rong Holdings Limited submitted its Monthly Return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 03 August 2026, covering equity movements up to 31 July 2026. The filing indicates no changes in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.1 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion in total. Issued share capital was steady at 5.47 billion ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares, reflecting no repurchases or cancellations.

Management confirmed that the public float exceeded the Main Board’s initial prescribed threshold of 25 percent of issued shares as at month-end, ensuring ongoing compliance with Listing Rule requirements.

No share options, warrants, convertible instruments, depositary receipts, or other equity-linked agreements were outstanding or exercised during the period.
