周二（7月8日），稳定币概念股继续受资金追捧，股价持续走高，金涌投资暴涨150%，国泰君安国际大涨近16%，胜利证券涨超6%，中国光大控股涨逾4%。
消息面上，香港《稳定币条例》8月生效，香港财库局局长许正宇表示，金管局目前就落实条例指引咨询市场，该指引本月内公布，具体内容将涉及反洗钱及其他相关要求，他还表明批出的稳定币牌照数目会是个位数，盼于条例生效后能够收到申请，目标今年内可发出牌照。
第一财经称，香港稳定币牌照比较稀缺兼抢手，预计牌照仅为个位数，但目前除了已经官方宣布的京东、渣打、圆币等，有40多家企业准备提交申请，律所的反馈还有几十家意向申请，目前处于谘询或准备材料阶段，申请机构基本都是中国最大金融机构和互联网公司，部分有意申请的小型企业则希望渺茫。
