港股上市公司上谕集团（01633）6月15日晚间发布盈利警告称，基于对截至2026年3月31日止财年的未经审核综合管理账目之初步评估，预计本财年将录得约2,390万港元净亏损，较上一财年的约970万港元净亏损扩大约1.46倍。
公司将亏损扩大归因于四项主要因素： 1. 集团收入下降； 2. 承接项目整体毛利率下滑； 3. 对金融资产计提预期信贷损失拨备； 4. 使用权资产录得减值损失。
公告显示，相关财务数据仍待最终敲定并接受审计，年度业绩公告拟于2026年6月18日披露。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
