本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数仍为2,081,065,000股，库藏股数量为0。公告显示，周黑鸭国际控股有限公司于2026年6月10日获得股东大会通过购回授权，可回购最多211,289,650股，截至本公告日累计已回购9,075,000股，占授权通过时已发行股本的约0.4295%。公司表示，本次回购严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律规定。
