Acrophyte Hospitality Trust announced on Aug, 24 2026 that its managers remain in the midst of a strategic review and are continuing discussions with sponsor Tang Organization over a potential transaction involving the trust’s stapled securities.
The managers emphasized that there is no certainty any transaction will proceed and said they will release further information in accordance with Singapore Exchange requirements once material developments arise.
