普华和顺集团公司（01358）于2026年9月9日发布翌日披露报表，宣布于当日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股402,000股，占此前已发行股份的约0.028%。每股回购价格介于港币0.97至0.98，合计动用资金390,320港元（约39.03万港元）。公告显示，该等股份目前尚未注销，公司已发行股本暂保持在1,433,241,098股，库藏股为0股。
公司此前于2026年6月26日获得股东大会批准回购授权，授权可回购股份总数为144,285,509股，截至本次回购，累计回购股份总数已达3,714,000股，占授权时已发行股本约0.2574%。公司称将继续遵守香港联交所《证券上市规则》和相关法规的要求。
