Time Watch (2033) Announces FY2025 Results: 21.7% Revenue Drop, Special Dividend Proposed

Time Watch Investments Limited (2033) released its results for the year ended 30 June 2025 (FY2025). Revenue reached approximately HK$689.4 million, reflecting a decline of 21.7% from the prior year’s HK$881.0 million. Gross profit amounted to HK$477.8 million, with a gross margin of 69.3%, compared to 72.8% in FY2024.

The company recorded a loss of HK$17.5 million attributable to owners for FY2025, reversing the previous year’s profit of HK$33.6 million. Basic loss per share was HK0.9 cents, while equity attributable to owners stood at HK$2,261.5 million as of 30 June 2025.

Management highlighted that Tian Wang, the core proprietary brand, contributed approximately 84.2% of total revenue. The board proposed a special dividend of HK1.0 cent per share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. The board did not recommend a final dividend for FY2025.
