Nomad Foods' stock plummeted 13.42% during intraday trading on Thursday, following the release of its fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results.

The European frozen food company reported Q4 revenue of €773.1 million, missing analyst estimates of €776.8 million. While adjusted earnings per share met expectations, the top-line shortfall and management's cautious outlook for 2026 weighed heavily on investor sentiment. The company issued guidance calling for organic revenue to decline 2% to 5% in 2026, with adjusted EBITDA expected to fall 5% to 10%.

CEO Dominic Brisby described 2026 as "a pivotal year of strategic repositioning" and acknowledged that recent results have been disappointing. The company also reported a quarterly loss of €10.7 million, impacted by €57 million of losses net of tax tied to debt refinancing. Management indicated that 2026 will involve organizational changes and pricing actions that may create near-term disruption before expected improvements.
