Wong’s Kong King International (Holdings) Limited (WKK Intl (Hold)) will convene a Special General Meeting (SGM) on 29 June 2026 at 3:30 p.m. in the Orchid & Jasmine Rooms, 2/F, The Royal Garden, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Hong Kong. The session will start immediately after the conclusion—or adjournment—of the company’s same-day Annual General Meeting at the identical venue.

The single resolution tabled seeks shareholder approval for the adoption of the “2026 Share Option Scheme” and its associated Scheme Mandate Limit. Shareholders may vote in person or by appointing one or more proxies; if no proxy is specified, the meeting’s chairman will act as proxy by default.
