2026年8月4日，环球实业科技（01026）公告称，涉及出售擎琿置业有限公司49%股权的主要出售及关连交易通函寄发时间将由原定的2026年7月31日或之前，顺延至2026年8月31日或之前。公司表示，延迟原因在于需额外时间编制及落实本集团与目标集团的若干财务数据。
与此同时，买卖协议中有关交易条件达成或获豁免的最后截止日期，也由2026年8月31日延长至2026年9月30日（或订约方书面协定的更迟日期）。除该延期外，买卖协议其他条款与条件保持不变并继续有效。
公告显示，此次交易被界定为主要出售及关连交易。公司将于通函中披露交易详情、买卖协议主要条款、集团及目标集团财务资料、独立董事委员会及独立财务顾问意见函，以及股东特别大会通告等信息。
公司由主席兼行政总裁陈劲扬先生代表董事会签署本次公告。
