10月24日，华新水泥发布公告，2025年前三季度，营业收入250.33亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增长1.27%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润20.04亿元，同比增长76.01%；基本每股收益0.97元。公司将于2025年12月24日派发前三季度股息每股0.34元。
此前，华新水泥发布公告，包括拟向激励对象11人授予限制性股票257.8万股；拟斥3225.0万-6450.0万元回购公司A股股份，回购股份价格不超25元/股；公司终止筹划境外子公司分拆上市；公司拟更名为“华新建材”，证券代码未变。
