XinKong International Capital releases FY2025 Annual Report and AGM circular online

XinKong International Capital Holdings Limited announced on 30 April 2026 that two key corporate documents are now available on both the company’s website (www.xinkong.com.hk) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk):

1. Annual Report 2025. 2. Circular dated 30 April 2026 covering: • Proposed re-election of retiring directors. • Proposed general mandates to issue and buy back shares. • Notice of the forthcoming annual general meeting.

Non-registered shareholders—those who hold shares through CCASS—can review the materials online or request printed versions at no cost by completing and returning the enclosed form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing is-ecom@vistra.com. Printed-copy requests remain effective until 31 December 2026 unless revoked or superseded.

Shareholders who prefer electronic communication are encouraged to provide a valid email address to their custodial intermediaries. Absent an email or postal address on record, no further publication notices will be dispatched.
