秦港股份(03369)在6月26日举行的2025年度股东会上，通过了利润分配方案，决定向股东宣派2025年度末期股息。
根据方案，公司将以现金形式派发末期股息，每10股派发人民币1.15元（含税）。股权登记日为2026年7月21日，A股股东将直接以人民币收取股息，而H股股东的股息则以人民币宣派，按中国人民银行于股东会前一周公布的平均汇率（人民币0.86974元兑1.00港元）折算，每10股H股应付末期股息为港币1.322234元（含税）。末期股息预计于2026年8月21日之前完成派付。
在预扣税安排上，对于非居民企业股东，公司将代扣代缴10%的企业所得税。对于H股个人股东，公司一般按10%税率代扣代缴个人所得税，但若相关税收协定有更优惠安排，则依照规定执行。公司已委任香港中央证券信托有限公司作为H股末期股息的收款代理，以支票方式向H股股东寄发股息。
本次股东会所有决议案均以高票赞成通过，出席股东所持股份占公司已发行股本约81.89%。
