On March 17, China Literature Group held the "AI Realistic Human Masterclass" in Beijing, where leaders from several top companies discussed the evolving direction of the industry.

At the event, Meng Xiangyun, founder of Aikan Interactive, emphasized that the AI trend is irreversible. He stated, "Grand war scenes and extreme environments that were once difficult to film due to cost and location constraints can now be easily realized through AI simulation technology, breaking through the limitations of physical shooting. At the same time, AI has unleashed creators' imagination, opening up infinite possibilities for creative work."

Zheng Zhong, head of Vidu Solutions, highlighted that after a year of efforts by AI practitioners, China's model capabilities have significantly improved. "From aesthetic understanding to generation effects, the quality continues to break through. We are now moving into serious professional creation, gradually penetrating into high-quality dramas and realistic human dramas," he said. Zheng predicted that the combination of "reference-to-video" and "image-to-video" will be a future trend, and their integration could produce a high-quality realistic human drama.

Ding Kuan, chief AI director of Jiuziyuan AI, stressed, "The industry is at a historical turning point where principles and tools are deeply intertwined and rapidly evolving." He added, "With AI as the spear and IP as the shield, future competition will be between IP universes. We must not only focus on creation itself but also have a global perspective. We should leverage the philosophical wisdom of 'Eastern Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism,' skillfully use the language of world-class genre films, and package Chinese stories with these elements to reach a global audience."

He Yuanxiao, founder of Yunsuo Yingcai, believes that the value of good stories and strong IP will endure. "No matter how the industry's forms of expression change, since we are in the content industry, good stories, good IP, and the ability to tell them well will always be at the core," he remarked.

Huang Haonan, founder of Jiangyou Culture, predicts that 2026 will be the year of a major explosion in AI realistic human technology, which will determine the entire market's patterns and direction. He revealed that by 2026, 80% of Jiangyou Culture's comic drama teams will transition to the AI realistic human track, as the latter offers superior commercial prospects, audience reach, and content quality. "In the future, companies with IP will be the most valuable in the AI visual track. Ultimately, AI competes on computing power, while AI visuals compete on IP," Huang said. "A company without IP may achieve short-term success with a single hit, but the upcoming visual war will last 10, 20, or even 30 to 50 years. We aim to use AI technology to turn every good IP into a story that excites the world."
