2026年7月2日，陆氏集团(越南)(股票代码：00366)发布公告称，当日于香港联合交易所场内回购公司普通股600,000股，每股回购价为0.80港元，涉及总金额约48.00万港元，占此前已发行股本的约0.11961%。本次回购的股份尚未注销，公司已发行股本于2026年7月2日依然为501,621,418股，库藏股数量保持为0股。
根据公告，此次回购依据2026年6月4日获得股东大会通过的购回授权进行，可购回股份上限为50,162,141股。自授权通过以来，包括本次在内，陆氏集团(越南)已于证券交易所合计购回股份2,050,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.40867%。公司同时确认，已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规，所有回购事项均获董事会正式批准并严格依规执行。
本次公告由公司秘书范招达代表陆氏集团(越南)签署。公司表示，相关股份回购的详细信息已于公告中完整披露，所有权文件将按要求完成发出。
