奥传思维控股有限公司（08091.HK）9月8日发布自愿公告称，公司董事会接获主要股东Silver Pro Investments Limited（下称“Silver Pro”）的通知，Silver Pro已于2026年9月8日向梁俊威、任伟成及游绍扬三名人士合共出售93,960,000股股份，占公司已发行股本的13.05%，总代价为2,818,800港元，对应每股作价0.03港元。 交易前，Silver Pro持有93,960,000股股份（13.05%）。任伟成及游绍扬分别持有5,832,000股（0.81%）及10,800,000股（1.50%），梁俊威并未持股。 根据交易安排，Silver Pro分别向梁俊威、任伟成及游绍扬出售60,960,000股、13,000,000股及20,000,000股股份。交易完成后，Silver Pro不再持有公司股份；梁俊威、任伟成及游绍扬的持股分别增至60,960,000股（8.47%）、18,832,000股（2.62%）及30,800,000股（4.28%）。 公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份及其他证券时务请审慎行事。
