公告指出，回购股份获得2025年9月12日通过的购回授权支持。据悉，公司可根据该授权回购至多148,329,238股股份，此前已合计回购7,670,000股。目前，公司已发行股份数（不包括库存股份）为2,021,666,028股，库存股份数为48,198,849股，尚未经注销的回购股份仍计入该已发行股份总数2,069,864,877股之内。
