Micro-Mechanics (Holdings) Ltd. (5DD) announced on Nov, 11 2025 that it has been selected as Joint Winner in the Small-Cap category (market capitalisation under 300 million Singapore dollars) for the Shareholder Communications Excellence Award at the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) Investors’ Choice Awards 2025.

The evaluation employed a framework developed by SIAS and the Centre for Governance and Sustainability at NUS Business School, focusing on corporate governance, sustainability, transparency and shareholder communication, alongside business and financial performance.

According to the company, this is the sixth time it has received recognition from SIAS for its investor-relations practices and disclosures. Since its 2003 listing, Micro-Mechanics has accumulated almost 40 awards for governance, transparency and investor relations.

Chief Executive Officer Kyle Borch said the accolade supports the group’s ongoing “Five-Star Factory” initiative aimed at enhancing shareholder returns, while Founder and Executive Chairman Christopher Borch highlighted good governance as a key pillar in the company’s long-term strategy.

Founded in 1983, Micro-Mechanics designs and manufactures consumable tools used in advanced semiconductor packaging, assembly and testing processes, and produces precision components for wafer-fabrication equipment and other high-tech industries. The group serves more than 600 customers through facilities in Singapore, Malaysia, China, the Philippines and the United States.
