2026年5月20日，敏实集团(00425)发布公告，披露于当日合计发行394,700股新股。此次发行分为两部分：其一为向除公司董事外的股份计划参与人发行388,700股，占公司现有已发行股本约0.0332%；其二为根据同一购股权计划向公司董事发行6,000股，占公司现有已发行股本约0.0005%。发行价格均为每股14.3港元。
本次发行完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）由1,171,841,499股增至1,172,236,199股，库藏股数仍为11,130,000股，公司已发行股份总数增至1,183,366,199股。公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则等相关法律法规的规定。
