2026年4月8日，知乎有限公司（港交所股票代码：02390）发布翌日披露公告称，于2026年4月2日及4月6日分别在纽约证券交易所回购169,593股及391,761股A类普通股，合计回购561,354股，占公司已发行股份总数269,862,884股（包括A类及B类普通股）的约0.208%。
本次回购的每股价格区间分别为：4月2日介乎每股0.9667美元至1.00美元，总耗资约168,549.93美元；4月6日介乎每股1.01美元至1.0467美元，总耗资约404,791.59美元。合计支付金额约为57.33万美元。公告显示，公司于2025年6月25日通过购回授权，可购回最多26,300,429股，截至目前已购回4,611,456股，占授权通过当日已发行股份数目的约1.753%。
公司同时确认，本次回购严格遵守相关上市规则和法律法规。公告由公司秘书刘绮华签署。
